I want to point out, that the output DA-converters are working at 8-Bit resolution. What that means is described here, around page 5: https://www.muffwiggler.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=137280

Current consumption numbers here are not accurate, although approved by the manufacturer. The module draws 35mA from the (required) 5V rail according to the Bastl website:

+12V: 5mA
-12V 5mA
+5V: 35mA
