Only if you want the results in stereo. Guitars are, by nature, mono. So is that Mother-32 that you have there. But Stereo would afford you the ability to pan and to use stereo fx. It would also really open up that Clouds module.

I don't trust rackmount/flying bus power supplies.
Another lfo/vco would be nice instead.
Then the not-mother section could be a voice on it's own, along with the guitar input.
Mother can be on it's own, mixed into stereo.
I switched rows so the m-32's controls aren't draped with wires .
