I've just done a bit of googling to understand where 'This Machine Kills Fascists' this came from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/This_machine_kills_fascists I never knew its inceprion was based in 2nd World War efforts, obvious when you think abaout it.

But who was the first Modular Maker to start putting it on their PCBs?

Enjoy your spare HP, don't rush to fill every last space, this is not like filling sticker books. Resist the urge to 'complete' your rack, its never complete so just relax.

I hope he has reformed his ways. We don't need this sort of mindless bufoonery in our forum. At least I hope not.

I'm sorry, but I see nothing to "reform" and no sign of "mindless buffoonery." This is a phrase that has existed for 80 odd years and is completely independent of the events of this past week. It arose from a time when most of the Euro/American west actually opposed fascism, and ought not be an edgy sentiment. This has been printed on circuit boards a la Woody Guthrie's guitar and I see no reason why the practice ought to stop. In no way do I condone violence, I see it as an outward symbolic reminder that we all ought to do our part to stand up to fascist tendencies and maintain our individual and collective rights. I'm off my soap box now.
