Newbie issue

Hi, I'm building a rack for the first time with no previous experiencve
I came to put a 1u Intellijel module into the 1u slot and it doesn't fit !
There appears to be a small tab on the board that sticks out and prevents the module from going into the rack.

Any ideas?

carefully remove/break away the tab (for example with pliers) - it has no connectivity so it will not be an issue
