–| DRUMBO MANUAL |–
SYNCUSSION original algos :
- red : osc1 (triangle)
- orange : osc2 (tri) modulated by osc1 (tri)
- yellow : osc1 (tri) and osc2 (tri)
- light green : osc1 (tri) and osc 2 (tri) both swept by env2
- green : osc2 (saw) modulated by osc1 (tri)
- light blue : osc1 (noise)
DRUMBO specific algos :
- blue : osc2 (tri) modulated by env2, vcf modulated by osc1 (tri)
- purple : osc1 (tri) modulated by osc2 (tri), noise and osc2 (tri) into vcf
- pink : metallic oscillator
- white : osc 2 (tri) modulated by metallic osc, vcf modulated by noise (pink)
• MODULATIONS :
- LFO applies to the TUNE slider
- SWEEP correspond to TUNE env
- S&H applies to pretty everything except overdrive
- OD is placed at the end of chain
• SLIDERS :
- TUNE : pitch
- DECAY : decay time for the VCF cutoff env
- WIDTH : (depending of the algos) controls either the VCF cutoff and the amount of modulation in the signal path.
- SWEEP TIME : controls the TUNE env sweep time
- SWEEP RANGE : controls the TUNE env sweep range
- LFO RATE : controls the LFO speed
- MOD DEPTH : controls the LFO amount of modulation applying to both osc
note : each slider acts as an offset when something is plugged into its corresponding output.
• BUTTONS :
- LFO/TRIG : switch LFO on/off, white led flashes when trig is on, orange led indicates LFO is on
- EXP/LOG : switch between exponential (white led) and logarithmic (orange led) pitch mod curves
- TRI/PULSE : switch between LFO waveforms (white led for square, orange led for triangle)
- OD/S&H : switch overdrive on/off + S&H global modulation on/off
push 1 : yellow led indicates that OD (overdrive) is on
push 2 : white led indicates that S&H (global modulation) is on
push 3 : orange led indicates that both OD + S&H are on
• INPUTS :
- MODE CV : scan thru the 10 modes (0 +5v)
- VCO CV : voltage to TUNE slider position 1v/oct (0 +5v)
- DECAY CV : voltage to DECAY slider position (-5v +5v)
- VCF CV : voltage to WIDTH slider position (-5v +5v)
- FORCE CV : controls the strength of the TRIGGER input (0 +5v)
note : since i don't own the module anymore i'm not absolutely sure about the ranges
