Is it possible to match the case size to the real-life counterpart?
For example, I have several 6U Rackbrutes and would like to match that so I can effectively (re)arrange my modules.

No, but you can open several racks in different browser windows and copy paste modules via keyboardshortcuts c and v across windows.

Making one oversized rack and subdividing it into 'actual racks' with largish blank panels has been helpful to me for simultaneous multi-case organization in the past.
Knowing that i can copy/paste between browser windows will make it even more effective next time (in 'saving' the results to individual racks).
