SYNTHFOX is a one-person music gear brand ran by Aubery Lis from Tallinn, Estonia, since 2018. The brand's current commercial focus is Eurorack modules. SYNTHFOX is constantly developing new prototypes and working on numerous projects, aiming to create a complete versatile model line usable on its own and as a part of a bigger setup. The SYNTHFOX hardware design focal points are versatility, patch-programmability and performability. Visually, SYNTHFOX combines rigid straightforward interface language with a vivid colour palette and bold broken lines, contributing to the modules' intuitivity and personality.
SYNTHFOX brings a peculiar combination of wicked experimentalism and plain straightfordwardness to the Eurorack scene through their gear. A modular synthesizer is unique in being a sound-aimed hybrid digital-analog computer used to program a set of rules and events. With that in mind, SYNTHFOX crafts its elements: original and non-standard, yet carefully thought-through and intuitive. Our mission is to let people explore new uncommon approaches and techniques in modular with our gear, while staying compatible with everyone's tried and true ways.
SYNTHFOX is ran by one person. All the modules are hand-made, in most cases - on request (e.g. after the module is bought on Reverb, i build it out of a prepared kit, test it, and then ship it). The usual time from request to shipment is 1 to 3 days, however, i am a single human being, so it may take up to 7 working days to ship the order.
