I've just tried a re-calibrate with the Frequency knob set to 12 o'clock and its made no difference, the notes are all the same from G upwards though going down the octaves is totally fine.
Enjoy your spare HP, don't rush to fill every last space, this is not like filling sticker books. Resist the urge to 'complete' your rack, its never complete so just relax.
