Quad comparator logic

DIY module by imrae (tentatively using the brand name "FrequencySummoner").

Four inputs are compared with a (CV-controllable) threshold to yield a set of four logic values. The fourth value may optionally be flipped using the "NOT" switch. Then all four go to OR/NOR/XOR/XNOR logic. If any value is true, OR is high (else NOR). If an odd number of values are true, XOR is high (else XNOR).

All analogue, done with a TL074, CD4070 and CD4041.
