SLING

Resonant Equalizer & Wavefolder/Wavechanger & Character VCA

Analoge Wavefolder/Wavechanger & EQ for the Eurorack.
SLING is a further development of our module: "ORIGAMI" and will replace it from the end of 2022. Sling is now only 8HP wide and the sound has been revised again.

The SLING can fold/change all waveforms, inclusive the squarewave.
With this module you can add your sounds a very deep base, create harmonics or destroy it like a lofi bitcrusher.

SLING consists of a 2-channel resonance equalizer and a wavefolder.
The resonance EQ ( an in-house development ) intervenes as the first link in the signal shaping and has a great influence on the character of the source material. The EQ area has its own AUDIO output (QJ-Out), which is independent of the "FOLD" setting.

In the "Main" signal path, the 3 parameters Quake, Jet and FOLD influence each other, resulting in a wealth of sound variations. The two EQ parameters are now used less for fine-tuning the sound and more for creative sound shaping.
Following the EQ are VCAs for the raw EQ material and/or the FOLD stages. The subsequent folder is a sensitive wave folder.
The "Wave" parameter shifts the convolution waves symmetrically in terms of the voltage level (both negative and positive).
