SPUTNIK DUAL DEFECT PROCESSOR MODEL 289 is:
- a buchla-format DSP-platform, compatible with 200/200e systems

- 8 algorithms per section, 16 in total

- you can purchase any 8 additional algorithms on the external eeprom chip. module can hold 1 external chip per section, the selection between the internal and external chip is made using a small switch on a back of the module
- 3 cv-controls per section
- separate dry/wet and feedback controls for left and right channels in each section
- timebase adjusts DSP's clock from ~10Khz to 65Khz. low clock rate is good for delays, loopers and reverbs, high clock rate and good for oscillators, frequency shifters etc
- 2 audio inputs per section, pulse input is normalised to the 2nd input
- 2 audio outputs + a mixed output + a CV output for the 2nd channel (scaled to 0-10V)
- requires 0/-15V/+15V/+5V power rails
