Programmable Pulser

The matrix the top row determines the length of the pulse sequence (1 to 12). Below are A, B and C rows, each with their own outputs. Inserting a pin results in a pulse being sent to that output. 'Alter' outputs are a constant pulse source. There are inputs for start and stop. Also 'period' which controls speed. There is also an independent 'period' knob for setting speed.
