The Buchla reissue of the Model 266 restores the original Source of Uncertainty as a gateway to musical unpredictability. Complete sections offer noise sources, fluctuating random voltages, and quantized random voltages, with random voltage storage, CV-controlled Integrator, and Sample & Hold.

• 3 noise sources with multiple outputs: -3dB/octave (low end of spectrum), flat, and +3dB/octave (high end of spectrum)
• Noise output LED indicators
• Fluctuating random voltages, rate variable from 5ms - 50ms with CV control
