Experimental Step-Sequencer for Trigger, Gate, and CV signals

Based on the legendary Baby-8 architecture, this circuit utilizes the CD4017 analog decade counter chip. The module provides 8 steps per unit, with sequence length adjustable via patch cables (reset function). An external "Disable" input allows you to stop the sequence (5V signal) or let it run (0V signal). Multiple modules can be cascaded to create longer sequences of 16, 24, or more steps. Individual steps can be skipped or tapped off directly using patch cables.

While designed for standard clock signals, triggering at audio rates transforms the module into a unique wave-shaper. A complete system consists of a CV module paired with a Trigger module. This particular module is generating trigger and gate signals.
