This is near new but I velcrod it expecting to use it and just never got around to working it into my rig. I have a few amps-in-a-box and I've tried a handful (maybe 5) different Hi-Watt styled pedals, including the earlier WiiO from catalinbread. That one was cool but had less versatility in the EQ and a bit thinner sound by memory, but very cool and bold when cranked up. This one can act like a plain overdrive in your signal chain or can be your foundation always-on amp topper - I even find it useful as a preamp-EQ type pedal earlier in the chain - again due to that flexible EQ and overall clean, open high headroom sound you'd expect. I have respect for the hi watt sound but have not experienced it for real, only through these pedals for what that is worth, and I don't connect with it like I do with some others (Marshall JCM800 pedals rock in that regard, totally different thing). I am funding a new car purchase so I'm letting go of some of my nice-to-haves that are not in my main rotation. Thanks for looking and enjoy the tone journey~
