Catalinbread has brought the legendary Fuzzrite back to life. It features the classic silicon transistor circuitry of the era, but has been miniaturized for today's pedalboard conditions and is adapter-driven.
The Depth control adds gain and brightness, and the Volume knob adjusts the overall volume.
The gain can also be controlled with the volume control on the guitar side. The dark, clear, and beautiful tone when the Depth is turned down is also attractive, and the sound when the Depth is turned down is different from the sound when the Depth is turned up and the guitar volume is turned down. It is a simple pedal with only two knobs, but it can be used in a variety of ways depending on picking, playing style, settings, etc. It is also effective on a bass guitar.
