Improved MOD2 multi-voice

Melon is a compact Eurorack module based on Hagiwo’s MOD2 platform, designed to pack a surprising amount of functionality into a small footprint.

At its core, Melon runs a variety of firmware options developed by hagiwo and the community — ranging from percussion voices and oscillators to sample playback and more experimental tools. This makes it a highly flexible module that can take on very different roles depending on the firmware you choose.

The hardware has been slightly reworked for better usability and integration. It features a symmetrical layout that allows for flippable panels, an onboard 5V regulator so it works with a standard 2x5 Eurorack power header, and support for either a classic 3mm LED or an optional WS2812B RGB LED for improved visual feedback.

Melon is built around the Seeeduino XIAO RP2350 platform and keeps the original spirit of the MOD2 intact while making it a bit more convenient and adaptable for everyday use.
