Analog VCO

2130 VCO is an analog voltage-controlled oscillator built around the Sound Semiconductor SSI2130 chip.
It provides four selectable core waveforms—sine, triangle, sawtooth, and pulse—and also features a voltage-controlled wavefolder for generating more complex harmonic shapes.

In addition to the 1V/oct input, the module includes an exponential FM input with an attenuverter. By applying external CV signals such as envelopes, LFOs, or random voltages, it can produce vibrato, pitch envelopes, and irregular pitch modulation.
The module also supports Thru-Zero FM, enabling deep frequency modulation with complex harmonics and metallic timbres.

A built-in VCA allows amplitude modulation (AM) using an external CV signal.
The module also features a comparator circuit that compares an external input signal with the VCO waveform and generates a PWM output according to the voltage relationship between the two signals.
