I. VCO Function
* Interface Functions:
* VCO Output (NORM, ARP1, ARP2, ARP3, RAN1, RAN2, NOISE1, NOISE2)
* CV Voltage output
* Button Functions:
* When the CV voltage setting switch is pressed or released, the voltage range is ±4V and 0~6V
* Knob Functions:
* CV_ADJ knob adjusts the output voltage
