Prototyping Module
With 4 switched jacks and 800 solderless tie points, the Greenface Labs PBJ-EU is the perfect prototyping module for Eurorack systems. The PBJ-EU is a great platform for developing synthesizer circuitry. And because it is installed in the rack, it will be much easier to transport for show and tell or performances.
Features:
4 channel 3.5mm jack access
LED monitors for each channel. Red indicates positive voltage present. Blue indicates negative.
Test point per channel gives convenient access for scope/meter probes.
2 Large Ground connection points are excellent for attaching alligator leads
2 MULT switches connect channel 1 to 2 or channel 3 to 4. Just a little nicety because you can never have too many mults.
Tip and Switch signals are routed from the jacks to the wiring connector.
Wiring connector includes +/- 12V and +5V power
All inputs to the monitor circuitry are protected
This module is currently available as a design file package. This package includes everything the DIY builder needs such as schematics, bill of materials and Gerber files. The process is very simple.
1. Download design files from the Greenface Labs website
2. Upload BOM to order parts. The BOM has been tested to work with Digi-Key
3. Upload Gerber zip file to order board(s). This has been tested to work with JLCPCB
4. Build the module using the included documentation
The $75 price shown is an estimate on what Digi-Key and JLCPCB would charge for supplying and shipping the parts for 1 module and for 5 boards. (JLCPCB's per board cost is low. Most of the cost is in shipping)
