Nearness-style panning mixer with normalized side inputs

Redesign of the proven Nearness module designed by Jesper Särnesjö. In this design the upper three side inputs are normalized to the lower three; without patch cables on the lower three inputs, the top inputs sum to mono. This enables use as a mono-to-stereo mixer, a 1→2 mult or a mixing mult.

The module depth includes the power plug for accurate clearance.
