EDV-Technik-TS MUC-400 Eurorack MIDI to CV

The MUC converts midi data to analog signals for analog synthesizer or each modular analog sound hardware. You can connect up to 8 synthesizer of different midi channels (1-16) who works with volt/octave or hz/volt. You can configuration all the 16 ports with different functions, what you can see below. The pulse length for trigger, retrigger and sync can set at 2ms, 4ms (default), 8ms, 16ms,…, 0.5sec. The clock signal can divide (1 - 96) to generate each clock timing.

Following configuration for CV output 1 – 8 are possible:

Trigger function:
Activate with note_on or note_off for one note or for each note. The maximum voltage can select between 3V to 10V or variable for velocity (note_on) or release (note_off). Voltage range 0 - 5V or 0 - 10V.
Gate function:
Activate with note_on/off for one note or for each note. The maximum voltage can select between 3V to 10V or variable for velocity. Voltage range 0 - 5V or 0 - 10V.
Sync function:
a) Trigger with MIDI clock, start, stop, reset
b) Gate with start/stop
c) Gate with stop/start
Volt/Octave
Include polyphonic function with priority. You can combine the pitch with different gain factors.
Hz/Volt
Include polyphonic function with priority.
CV output:
For Velocity, Release, Controller, Poly Pressure and Channel Pressure (0 - 5V or 0 - 10V).
Pitch bend
With 14 bit resolution (0 – 5V or 0 – 10V).

More information about the MUC-4xx, MUC-400-Eurorack:

Adjust able pulse time 2ms, 4ms, ... , 500ms for trigger and retrigger.
Adjust able all midi channel (1-16) and controller value (0-127).
Up to 8 polyphonic (without velocity output) ports for one channel or split up for more channels with many adjustable priority functions.
Up to 4 polyphonic ports (with velocity output) with many adjustable priority functions.
Software tune in very small steps of 0,16mV.
To adjust the spread of volt/note for CV (MUC Out 1-8), there are 8 potentiometer on the backside of the MUC.
Each output has his own red LED to visual the puls time and voltage level.
MIDI In data will be visual with a green LED.
2 MIDI connections (In, Thru)
Store up to 4 setups adjustments.
The MUC has a big blue display (4 x 40 charcter) and only 4 buttons. With his clear menu it is very easy to adjust all the many MUC functions.
Easy firmware upgrade over the MIDI In port.
Each MUC adjustment will be store into a flash memory immediately.
For our MUC models we use only high quality parts!
Notice:
For the Volt/Octave and Hz/Volt function you can spread the output voltage for adapting to your synthesizer with 8 potentiometer on the backside of the MUC. With the MUC menue you can tune the tone in very small steps of 0.16mV.
