Lag processor / slew limiter

Lag Processor is an implementation of Harry Bissell's Morph Lag circuit.
UP: sets lag time for positive (increasing) voltages.
DOWN: sets lag time for negative (decreasing) voltages.
SHAPE: sets the response from linear to logarithmic.
