Arduino based module for displaying text on displays

Arduino based DIY extension module for Expert Sleepers - disting mk4 with a rotary encoder for selecting disting's algorithm via MIDI pins.
The title of the current algorithm and the functionality of the 5 disting jacks (Z,X,Y,A,B) is displayed on 3 tiny OLED screens.

Using the rotary encoder sends MIDI CC18 to the disting to change the algorithm and updates the displays.
There are no audio or CV jacks on this module.
