DIY version of the popular Benjolin originally designed by Rob Hordijk

This is a DIY iteration of the popular experimental synth voice called 'Benjolin'. Its sounds range from string-like serenades over organic bubbling to sheer digital chaos. It's very versatile, a bit quite and quite shallow so it fits most skiffs.

Originally it was designed by Rob Hordijk. This version is based on the Epoch Benjolin but it does have even more mods. The features are these:

  • two oscillators with CV input, CV range control, frequency knob and rungler CV knob
  • one filter with CV input, CV range control, cutoff frequency knob, resonance knob and rungler CV knob
  • one external in with level control
  • loop switch for the rungler
  • loop probability knob
  • random gate output with frequency knob and status LED
  • clock input
  • osc A + B triangle outputs
  • osc A + B pulse outputs
  • XOR output
  • PWM output
  • LP, BP, HP outputs
  • Rungler output

Oscillator B is normalised to oscillator A CV input and vice versa.
Oscilaltor A is normalised to Filter cutoff CV.
