It combines 6-bit lo-fi samples with analog filtering and envelopes to capture the classic 80s metallic sound while adding modern voltage control over tuning and modulation. SPECS: Dual Voice Operation: Contains both open and closed hi-hat circuits; if both are triggered simultaneously, the open hat takes priority. Tuning & CV Control: Features manual and voltage-controllable (VC-Tune) sample tuning, allowing for everything from "crushed" lo-fi textures to original factory sounds. AM/FM Synthesis: Includes a modulation switch that can route external signals to either the internal VCA or the tune input, enabling amplitude or frequency modulation. Raw Output Mode: A dedicated switch allows you to bypass internal analog processing (filters and envelopes) to output the raw 6-bit sample for external manipulation.
