Look up onThe Noise Engineering Kith Ruina is a 4HP Eurorack module that brings the functionality of a guitar amplifier's overdrive and EQ circuit to modular synthesizers. The name derives from Greek (kithara for guitar) and Latin (ruina for destruction), fitting its role as a "destroyer of guitars" or a versatile tone-shaper for synths. Noise Engineering +4Functional DescriptionThe module acts as a "tonestack," combining a grungy distortion circuit with a clean equalizer. Drive Circuit: A single knob controls the amount of saturation and distortion, ranging from subtle warmth to heavy overdrive.EQ Section: A two-band EQ allows for cutting or boosting high and low frequencies.Mid-Frequency Switch: A toggle switch allows the user to select between two different mid-band frequencies, 200Hz or 800Hz. Signal Flow and PatchingBy default, the signal flow is normalized: the audio goes through the Drive circuit first, and then into the EQ section. Independent Use: The Drive and EQ sections have separate inputs and outputs, allowing them to be used independently.Reversed Flow: The signal order can be reversed (EQ into Drive) by patching cables between the sections. Fully Functional, Excellent condition. See Photos. We check things over and pack well for shipping. Sold as is, No Returns. Reverb Safe Shipping
