I bought this directly from CalSynth very recently and have hardly used it. It is like new, as you can see in the photo. For some reason I am unable to choose mint under the condition for this listing but this module is totally like new. It has the renaissance firmware installed so you get the really cool chord modes and the SAM modes. There is so much to explore in this oscillator from physical modeling, to great chords and CV-able stacks of quantized oscillators, to vocal sounds, to drums/noise, wavetables, and beyond. And don't overlook the sample rate settings to get a whole different flavor out of it. I love the display and I must say this is the only micro sized mutable clone that I feel like doesn't feel like a pain to use. It really makes sense in this size and the sliders are actually really nice to use. The other underrated thing about Braids is that it can teach you a lot about how to get great sounds out of your system because you might realize that you can setup similar types of patches with modules you already have and then really branch them out from there so the module also acts as a really cool source of inspiration.
