Discontinued and highly rare full modular synth. Mount it in a standard eurorack case, or use it fully-standalone with its detachable USB-to-eurorack power supply (also, this power supply looks to be able to provide power to up to 500mA, and the Dysphonia’s power draw is only 110mA +12V, 75mA -12V, so it could potentially power additional modules as part of a portable setup.. I haven’t tried it though so do at your own risk).In just a 42hp, skiff-friendly package, the Dysphonia one of the most powerful workhorses in all of eurorack. Every component can be used fully independently, so it could even act as 14 separate modules, but it fits in a small enough hp (or 0hp in standalone ;) to remain a vital part of any sized system. My favorite underrated "feature": whenever I got a fancy new module, it kept me from having to go right back to the store to buy the 1-2 utility modules that the fancy new module would've made me realize I was missing. The only original parts not present are 4 additional m3 nylon standoff spacers that function as “legs” to prop up the unit when used standalone. I screwed on some m3 nuts that hold everything together nicely, but if you need the added height you can replace those nylon spacers for less than $10 on Amazon. However, if you do plan to use it standalone I’d recommend getting Dreadbox’s 42hp case instead. It fits the unit perfectly, offers much better protection, and it's just 20€:
