I got this module from perfect circuit about 2-3 years ago and used it no more than 5 times. It’s in almost perfect condition except for a tiny scratch on the lower right corner ( see picture) that does not affect the module at all. not sure how it even happened. comes with original ribbon cable, 2 screws and 2 patch cables. I have the box and I’ve been looking for it in my storage shed but I can’t find it. If I do, i will definitely add it. Just like all my gear, I take care of my stuff. Kept in a smoke free house.
