Description

For sale: Genuine Original Mutable Instruments "Peaks" Trigger-to-Signal ConverterCondition: Excellent. Very tiny bit of rack rash around the mounting holes. A few tiny imperfections on the faceplate visible from within 18 inches. This flexible & useful trigger converter turns any simple trigger input into a valuable output of some kind: an envelope, the sound of a drum, etc. It's an authentic original Mutable Instruments piece - an extinct maker, no more of these will ever be made. Not a clone. Why I'm selling: Downsizing and moved to a smaller studio. I've actually got two of these modules - they're great. No need to have two of them now, so one of them should go to a home where it will be used more often. Will ship ASAP with a power cable and two Befaco knurlies so you can get started attenuverting right away.--- Please let me know if you have any questions~! ---Original Manufacturer Description:A Swiss-army knife for percussive patches.Peaks provides 4 different functions in a small 8-HP package: ADSR, LFO / Tap tempo LFO, and drum synth.Their common point? They are all about generating an audio or CV signal in response to a trigger, and are all focused on rhythmic works.Peaks is a dual-channel module – making it very useful for duophonic patches or for controlling/synthesizing the kick/snare rhythmic backbone of a patch.
