Good condition with some nicks and scratches on the faceplate. Perfectly functional. Keep in mind this is the original deep PCB module, won't fit into shallow cases like the NiftyCase. i bought the shallower more modern version for this reason. Also if I'm remembering correctly you'll need to send some sort of CV to the slip jack, I can't remember if it was ground or something like that, to prevent rhythmic swinging. Read the manual. I would recommend the expander module with this.
