These circuits take the difference between the sums of voltages on the + and – inputs and then output the positive and negative components of this. It means the signals on the 8 outputs will be related to the signals on the inputs but will be all different to each other. It is a good way to create complex CVs from 2 or 3 simple CVs, such as outputs from some LFOs.
