Master output with line level & headphone jacks

Final Destination is the master output for your rack, providing both line-level outputs and a stereo headphone output via 6.35mm jack sockets. It forms the interface between your patch and the outside world.

Consumer audio equipment — such as audio interfaces, hi-fi amplifiers, and desktop speakers — typically expects a −10 dBV signal (≈ 0.316 Vrms / ≈ 0.9 V peak-to-peak), while professional studio gear operates at +4 dBu (≈ 1.23 Vrms / ≈ 3.5 V peak-to-peak). By comparison, Eurorack signals are typically around 10 V peak-to-peak (≈ 3.5 Vrms), which is far too hot to connect directly to line-level inputs.

Final Destination attenuates these signals to a safe, usable level, allowing you to connect your modular system to mixers, audio interfaces, or speakers with confidence.

The module accepts both stereo and mono signals (via the left input) on 3.5mm jacks, and outputs line-level audio on a pair of 6.35mm jack sockets.

The stereo headphone output (with headphones connected) has a special function and helps ensure that those late-night jams aren’t interrupted by a neighbour banging a heavy, out of time, four-to-floor on your front door.
