3-channel cascading VCA/VCF module
This 3 channel Passive VCA/VCF module makes a great addition to any modular synth. It's super cheap and requires no power cable! The aluminum panels were machine cut to size from onlinemetals and the design and drilling was done by myself. The label is clear sheet inkjet paper, but was printed off a laserjet for a crisper look. I sprayed the panel with clear gloss enamel paint for extra protection and bring out the darkness in the text.
Features:
Toggle switch for vca/vcf mode for each channel
CV input for each channel - range 0-10V. Diode protection for over-voltage.
Each CV input is cascaded into the next channel, so CV input 1 modulates 2 and 3, CV input 2 modulates CV input 3 but no longer modulates CV input 1.
LED indicators for CV control.
Input for each channel
Output for each channel is cascaded into the next input channel. Output 1 goes into input 2, output 2 goes into output 3.
VTLC53 vactrols are used as the control element.
