CV Recorder / Player

ARHIV is a compact but powerful CV recorder/player. It can record up to 70 minutes of modulation, whether from the incoming CV input or from knob movement. Both are monitored in real time on the CV output ✅

Your last recording is automatically stored in memory 🧠 and remains available even after power cycling your rack ✅

The output can be unipolar or bipolar ✅

Playback can be one-shot or looping, started manually or by trigger.

In Playback mode, the knob controls playback speed: slowed down from x0.25 to x1, accelerated from x1 up to x4, with reverse playback available also and at variable speed ✅

Playback speed can be CV-controllable when a CV signal is present at the CV input during playback ✅

In addition to trigger mode, there is also a gate-dependent playback mode: gate high = loop, gate low = hold ✅

It can record the clock ⏰ in parallel with your CV (sequence stepped mode), keeping your CV synchronized. In playback, using the clock, each clock pulse advances the sequence by one step, just as it was recorded -to reproduce your sequence ✅
