This module is all about expressing your music through visuals. Use a gate signal to start an animation, or a trigger to step through it frame by frame.
Different modes let you play sequences of images or switch to random visuals for more generative results.
Includes an SD card with preloaded GIF animations.
Supports up to 256 GIF files.

Old-school video game style with 16x16 pixel resolution and up to 100 different colors.
The screen is big, 60x60 mm and it features a blur effect!
Adjust the GIF animation speed to better sync with your music. The playback speed is modified by adding or subtracting from the original file’s frame rate.

Trigger rise on “START” : The animation starts from the beginning and plays to the end. Perfect for effects like explosions or flashes that should play fully with every beat.

Trigger rise on “FRAME” : Advances the animation by one frame. Great for character animations—like a dancing robot—where each beat moves it one step forward.

Modes:
• Normal: Plays a single GIF from start to finish, then loops the same file.
• Seq: Plays GIFs one after another. When one animation ends, the next begins.
• RND: Plays GIFs in random order.

Power consumption:
To drive all those LEDs, this module uses more power than typical Eurorack modules:
Min brightness, minimum LEDs: 40 mA @ +12v
Max brightness, maximum LEDs: 450 mA @ +12v
Typical use: In a room with no sunlight, around 100 mA.
Use with caution on maximum lightnes, Watching it in a dark room may cause eye strain or discomfort.

Use caution
A non-ventilated case can lead to heat buildup. Make sure your Eurorack case has adequate ventilation openings to allow proper airflow.
Please do not leave the product unattended while it is powered on.
