Dual Attack Release Envelope Generator with both Gate and Trigger inputs

This module is a 2-channel Attack/Release envelope generator. It uses “dividing” attacks
meaning that while in the attack phase a new envelope cannot be triggered until attack has
completed, allowing it to divide input pulses. Each channel can be set to a slow mode for very long
envelopes and has inputs that ignore input gate length or wait to release until the gate is depressed.
