1980s DIY Kit FM Radio from Munich behind a Eurorack Panel
1980s FM Radio kit from legendary Munich radio shop behind a Eurorack Panel. I remember I bought it in the shop in Munich in the mid 80s together with my father who had been a regular there in his youth...
This one has been:
- in the original red aluminium case (as per original design)
- in a plastic box originally for 35mm diapositive slides (if you're old enogh you know what that is ;-) but at the time being my pencil case in high school and - well a FM radio. At least my physics teacher thought it was funny, briefly...
- somehow mounted to my bicycle, can't remember how, but I do remember that I made it work
- on a wooden base behind a cardboard panel with a voltage regulator so that it could be used in old cars and stuff
- now... in my modular.
Why?
Why not...
