Arduio based Master Clock with MIDI and Divider/Multiplier

Based upon an Arduino NANO.
Master Clock module with Midi and analog outs.
Analog clock can be multiplied or divided on one output by pressing the encoder and selecting divisor/multiplier.
OLED display shows BPM or divisor/multiplier.
