Expanded Time Machine

An expanded version of the OAModular Time Machine.

The following have been added:

• CV control over the levels.
• A balance control for each tap.
• 1-pole HPF and LPF which can be placed either in the feedback loop, or before the dry signal enters the delay lines (eg. whether or not the first set of delays are filtered, or just the subsequent ones).
• A switch to determine whether feedback is from all taps, or just from Tap 8.
