Patchpanel for MPC CV connections

A patch point for the Akai MPC range (one, live,live2,...) that holds CV outputs, they come combined with 2 signals per stereo output, so to utilise this in eurorack i've created a module that will separate those signals and provide them to the user.(Stereo minijacks at the back of the module)
