VCA with a mini-tube, featuring a feedback circuit and a bias voltage switch.

A VCA module using a Russian mini-tube, made by Klangbau Köln.

It features a gain knob and a switch for the tube's bias voltage (to achieve a different saturation sound), a CV input, two audio inputs and an audio output - all with attenuators.

The second audio input is normalled to the first input, which lets you add feedback.

Produces a real warm and compressed tube sound. With feedback create fuzzy sounds with subharmonic content, really surprising.
It work also like a wave folder, input a sine wave and fold it in the tube manner.

It consumes only 30ma and don´t get warm or hot, as you my expect., no extra power supply, works also with +-15V .
