RGB to Y - Grayscale Converter

This module takes an arbitrary color image (r,g,b) and calculates a grayscale image with the same relative luminance, Y. The colorspace ratio is specified by the international standard, BT.601.

Along with the Y output, the Red, Green and Blue inputs are buffered and an inverted Y is also provided.

*Current Consumption has been verified with the Joranalogue Test 3 V/mA Meter.
