Interface for CV from Berglund NuRAD and NuEVI

Module amplifies pitch and breath CV from controller provided 3.3V levels (through unused pins of MIDI cable) to 1v/oct pitch CV and 0–10V breath CV. Not a MIDI to CV module. Only works with Berglund Instruments controllers.
