midiphy SRIO and SPI expander

Connects to a midiphy SEQ v4+ using a DB-25 cable (incompatible with newer phybus modules)
Links to the SRIO chain (to connect more expanders) and the J19 SPI port (for analogue CV output)
Supplies +5V to other expander modules (select from voltage regulator, USB or use the Eurorack +5V buss)
