A passive 3x3, 5 and 3, or 7 multiple

This is a simple 2HP passive mult with a twist.
The module can be used as either a 3 x 3 jack mults, or 5 and 3 jack mults, or one 7 jacks mult.
This is because the jacks 4 and 7 are acting as a switch.
