303-inspired VCO

The VCO of the TB-303 with its special square-wave. Same sound and behavior as the original (shape and the pulse width changes together with the pitch).

The VCO circuit is the same that is used in the original.

Improved stabilisation by the use of a temperature regulated antilog-circuit.
