3HP Twisted Waveshaper Oscillator

The TWS is a new module that contains a PLL oscillator and a lowpass filter with resonance.

The PLL-OSC locks to the incoming signal and feeds the filter with the signal.

Great for wierd FM styles of sound, especially when used in a feedback patch.
