[8ch Patchbay]
PATCH BOY is a compact and convenient patch bay module designed for connecting Eurorack systems and various other equipment.
Each channel features an independent ground, and by removing the jumper pins on the back, you can enable ground lift (disconnecting the ground between input and output). The panel and the outer edges of the PCB are designed to connect to the case ground.
The left side serves as the input, and the right as the output. If nothing is connected to the input, the channel will automatically connect to the ground, preventing unintended voltage from being sent.
It’s ideal for connecting cases placed apart, modular sessions with friends, or even integrating with desktop synthesizers or rack/pedal effects using 3.5mm-to-phone cables.
The panel features a matte black design, incorporating shex’s “Try Regular Irregularities” as a sampled graphic. When multiple PATCH BOYs or “Try Regular Irregularities” panels are aligned, the logo appears as part of the design.
